In order to strengthen the awareness of network security protection among all employees, enhance their practical ability to deal with network risks, and effectively ensure the security of company data and business stability, on November 25th, Remote Stock organized a special training on network security awareness. Employees from various departments of the company participate in learning through a combination of online and offline methods, jointly building a strong network security "firewall".
1. Strengthen the ideological defense line and establish a sense of safety responsibility
The core theme of this training is "Building a Security Awareness Firewall Together". Starting from the basic concepts of network security, it systematically interprets the definition, core connotations, and complex threats currently faced by network security. The training combines relevant national laws and regulations on cybersecurity with General Secretary Xi Jinping's important idea of building a strong cyber nation, emphasizing that "failure to realize risk is the biggest risk", clarifying that cybersecurity is not only related to personal information and property security, but also closely linked to the stability of enterprise business and national information security, and guiding all staff to establish a sense of responsibility for "cybersecurity is everyone's responsibility".
Analyzing typical cases to alert potential risks around us
In the case analysis section, the training focuses on information security incidents that have had a widespread impact nationwide in recent years. Through these well-known cases, it intuitively presents the impact of network security vulnerabilities on user rights and corporate reputation, and deeply analyzes the common problems behind the risks: most of which stem from "minor negligence" in daily operations, such as using simple passwords, opening unfamiliar email attachments at will, and accessing unknown external devices. It enables employees to deeply understand that "security risks are all around them, and prevention needs to start from details".
3. Strengthen practical skills and standardize daily safety behaviors
In the case analysis section, the training focuses on information security incidents that have had a widespread impact nationwide in recent years. Regarding personal information protection, the training combines common traps such as part-time brushing orders, false financial management, and fake base station fraud to clarify the security guidelines of "not clicking on unknown links, not trusting unfamiliar calls, not disclosing personal information, and verifying transfers and remittances frequently", helping employees improve their personal information protection capabilities and avoid indirectly affecting enterprise security due to personal information leakage.
The training content is in line with the actual work situation and the cases are vivid and easy to understand, effectively filling the weak links in employees' knowledge of network security, and further improving the risk identification ability and emergency response level of all staff. The participating employees have expressed that they will transform the training into daily work habits, strictly abide by network security regulations, actively avoid security risks, and jointly safeguard the company's network security.
