Subsequently, the human resources department interpreted the company's management system in detail, including the organizational structure, code of conduct, attendance and leave, assessment management and entry and exit process, laying the foundation for the future work of new employees. In the training of financial management and administrative management system, the new employees learned the knowledge of expense reimbursement, daily administration and so on.
Product technical knowledge training is the highlight. The trainer introduced the product model, performance, etc. in detail, while the marketing knowledge training allowed new employees to understand the product characteristics and competitive advantages. Finally, the safety and environmental protection department conducted safety production training, focusing on precautions such as equipment, personal safety, fire and theft prevention safety, and the safety awareness of new employees was significantly improved.
