On September 21, teleshare held a special training on procurement management system, which brought together more than 60 heads, supervisors and relevant personnel of various departments of the company to jointly explore new ideas and methods of procurement management, aiming to inject strong impetus into the further optimization of the company's procurement management system through systematic learning and in-depth communication.

The training first introduced the current mainstream procurement methods and their application scenarios, including bidding procurement and non bidding procurement, and combined with the actual situation of the company, discussed how to flexibly use these methods to achieve effective control of procurement costs and improve procurement efficiency.

During the training, key contents such as supplier selection criteria, evaluation system, cooperation mechanism and relationship maintenance were mainly explained to help participants master practical skills and build a stable and reliable supplier network.
