In order to enhance team cohesion and execution, strengthen communication and collaboration between teams, boost self-confidence, improve problem-solving abilities, while also exercising employees' physical fitness and enriching their leisure cultural life, Yuancheng Cable held the 2021 Middle and Senior Management Team Building and Expansion Training Camp on October 30th. The company's senior leaders, heads of various subsidiaries, and middle-level managers participated in the activity.

1. Ice breaking stage
At the beginning of the event, under the guidance of the training camp coach, everyone was divided into two teams and went through the process of selecting team leaders, naming teams, shouting slogans, singing team songs, and posing. Each team was full of fighting spirit and actively "faced the challenge". The scene was lively and bustling.
2. Game segment
Project 1: Inspire People's Hearts
This project requires all team members to work together to beat the drum and play the ball, train all students to learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses, work together to achieve goals, cultivate students' awareness of not being afraid of setbacks, constantly striving for progress, and achieving good results, feel the positive effect of mutual encouragement on completing tasks, and recognize the role and function of each person in the team.
Project 2: Tower Building
The project requires 10 team members to stack the boxes as high as possible using the provided ropes and EVA boards within the specified time. Its significance is how to explore new ideas, come up with clever solutions, and complete tasks better under limited resources.
Project 3: Power Circle
The project involves connecting the ends of a long rope to form a circular ring. All team members firmly grasp the rope with both hands, perform the prescribed movements together, and challenge their physical limits to develop teamwork and cooperation abilities, self-control, learning to think from others' perspectives, challenge breakthroughs, and enhance cohesion.
3. Activity Summary
This expansion training activity fully reflects the pioneering and innovative work attitude of the remote management team, as well as the spirit of mutual trust, unity, and positivity.
