The company's leadership has led a team to conduct a comprehensive pre holiday safety inspection with no blind spots, and with a sense of responsibility of "always at ease", has built a solid defense line for safety production.
On February 12th, Zhao Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, and Chairman of Jiangsu Asset Management, led a team to conduct a pre holiday safety inspection in key areas such as production workshops, storage areas, and fire control rooms. The inspection team conducted a "one stop shop" approach, focusing on key aspects such as special equipment, fire safety, electrical safety, equipment operation, and on-site management from the perspective of frontline employees. They systematically identified hidden dangers, checked records, and inquired about details to gain a detailed understanding of daily inspections of lifting equipment, smooth safety passages, and implementation of employee protection measures. On site handling of discovered hidden dangers, deadline rectification, and closed-loop tracking to ensure dynamic elimination of hidden dangers and comprehensive control of risks.
On February 14th, Yu Zhaopeng, the general manager of Remote Holdings, led a team to conduct a pre holiday safety inspection, further consolidating responsibilities and identifying and filling gaps. The inspection team went deep into key areas, focusing on equipment maintenance, standardized operation, emergency preparedness, and other aspects, continuously strengthening risk prevention and on-site management, ensuring that all safety measures are implemented in detail and leaving no blind spots.
Based on the on-site inspection, the company has put forward four key requirements for the next step of safety production work:
01 Strengthen bottom line thinking and solidify safety responsibilities
Convey the responsibility for safety production to every position and link, focusing on key areas such as process optimization, equipment maintenance, and standardized operations, to ensure the effective implementation of the system.
02 Deepen investigation and rectification, eliminate risks and hidden dangers
Continuously promote closed-loop management of hidden dangers, establish a ledger, and implement corrective actions to ensure that rectification is not in place and problems are not resolved, and to ensure "zero hidden dangers and safe holidays".
03 Strengthen emergency duty and enhance disposal capabilities
Strictly implement the leadership shift and 24-hour duty system, strengthen the allocation of duty forces and emergency training, and ensure timely response and scientific and effective disposal of emergencies.
04 Improve the contingency plan system and enhance the effectiveness of drills
Revise and improve emergency plans, enhance targeting and operability, regularly organize practical exercises, test response mechanisms, and enhance collaborative response capabilities.
