Remote Cable Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Remote Cable") intends to comprehensively evaluate law firms based on reputation, lawyer qualifications, fee standards, work performance, etc., to establish a Legal Counsel (Lawyer) Pool for the company and its subsidiaries. Law firms meeting the relevant requirements are now invited to apply for the competition.

I. Overview

After the establishment of the Legal Counsel (Lawyer) Pool, Remote Cable and its subsidiaries will prioritize law firms in the Pool for special legal services based on actual needs. However, Remote Cable does not guarantee that law firms in the Pool will definitely obtain legal service projects from the company or its subsidiaries.

II. Qualification Requirements

1.Law firms must be established for 3 years or more in the Wuxi area (including Jiangyin and Yixing) (including name changes or other recognized historical), and have not been subject to administrative penalties by relevant authorities in the past 3 years;

2.Employ 10 or more full-time lawyers;

3.Preference will be given to law firms with experience in litigation cases related to cable business.

III. Application Requirements

(1) Documents to Submit (with official seal)

1.Copy of the law firm’s practice license;

2.Introduction to the law firm, including establishment date, number of practicing lawyers, number of lawyers with over 3 years of practice, office location and area, and areas of expertise;

3.List of proposed lawyers to serve as legal counsel, including copies of their practice certificates and brief written introductions (including but not limited to experience and cases of providing legal services to large state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and other well-known enterprises in the past three years);

4.Evaluations or rankings by domestic and international renowned legal media, professional capability certificates awarded by institutions of higher learning or government agencies, and other honors obtained by the law firm and proposed lawyers;

5.Letter of introduction and power of attorney for the applicant (including contact information).

(2) Application Timeline and Method

1.Application period: within 20 days (inclusive) from the publication date of this announcement;

2.Interested units should mail the competition documents t Legal Affairs Department of Remote Cable Co., Ltd.

IV. Relevant Reminders

1.Interested units may assign 1-2 lawyers as consultants but must designate at least one lead lawyer, who will be reviewed based on their qualifications;

2.Competition documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. All competition documents will be retained by our company and will not be returned.
