Centering on the theme of "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Can Respond to Emergencies", Yuancheng Co., Ltd. earnestly implemented the requirements for work safety and organized a series of safety-themed activities with diverse forms and rich contents. These activities effectively enhanced the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees, laying a solid safety foundation for the high-quality development of the enterprise.

01 Supervision from Superior Promotes Improvement, and Responsibility Is Compacted for Implementation

On June 3, the inspection team from Guolian Group went deep into the production front line of Yuancheng Co., Ltd. to carry out supervision and inspection on work safety. The inspection team conducted an on-site inspection of key areas such as branch workshops, under-construction projects and limited spaces, and carried out a comprehensive check on the implementation of work safety responsibility systems, risk control and hidden danger investigation and management.

02 Strengthening Awareness through Competitions, and Making Safety Knowledge Popular

During the Work Safety Month, Yuancheng Co., Ltd. actively participated in the online answering activity of the work safety knowledge competition organized by Guolian Group, with an employee participation rate as high as 90%.

In addition, the company held an offline "Safety Knowledge Competition" exam on June 16, which was actively participated by more than 60 employees. This competition, in the form of edutainment, made safety knowledge popular among employees, effectively achieving the goal of "promoting learning through competition and promoting practice through learning", and further strengthening the safety awareness of all staff.

03 Safety Training Enhances Skills, and Prevention Awareness Lays a Foundation

The company carried out safety publicity and education activities in various forms, including hanging banners, posting safety posters, and playing warning videos.

On June 19, Yuancheng Co., Ltd. invited experts from the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement and Emergency Management Office of Guanlin Town and Yixing Fire Rescue Brigade to give on-site guidance and hold special lectures. The contents covered fire protection, work safety laws and regulations, emergency response skills, etc. Through the analysis of typical cases, employees' safety prevention awareness was enhanced, ensuring that each participant mastered the essentials of emergency handling, laying a solid foundation for work safety.

04 Practical Drills Improve Capabilities, and Emergency Response Ensures Safety

On June 25, Yuancheng Co., Ltd. carried out a fire emergency drill. The drill was led by General Manager Yu Zhaopeng and invited the Guanlin Fire Brigade to give on-site guidance. The drill included the use of fire extinguishers in the early stage of a fire, cardiopulmonary resuscitation for personnel rescue, and simulation of emergency evacuation.

Firefighters instructed employees on standard operations on site and put forward improvement suggestions for problems in the drill. Through practical drills, employees further familiarized themselves with the emergency procedures, enhanced their ability to collaborate, and created a good atmosphere where "everyone pays attention to fire protection and everyone participates in fire protection".

The Work Safety Month is an opportunity, but the responsibility for safety runs through the whole year.
