To help new employees quickly integrate into the company environment and familiarize themselves with business processes, Yuancheng Co., Ltd. recently organized the 2025 first-half new employee orientation training, with over 50 new employees participating in this systematic training.
This training adopted a combination of theoretical teaching and written assessment, covering four major modules: corporate culture, management systems, business knowledge, and work safety, to ensure that new employees effectively master the knowledge and skills required for their positions.
At the beginning of the training, General Manager Yu Zhaopeng first extended a warm welcome to the new employees on behalf of the company. Subsequently, Yu Zhaopeng put forward expectations for new employees from four aspects: first, to quickly integrate into the team and practice corporate culture; second, to enhance the sense of collaboration and promote cross-departmental communication; third, to take the initiative to assume responsibilities and dare to make innovative breakthroughs; fourth, to actively put forward suggestions to promote enterprise development.
In the subsequent training, various functional departments gave systematic explanations on the company's management systems and business processes. The technical department focused on introducing product characteristics and technological processes, the marketing department conducted in-depth analysis of market competition strategies and customer needs, and the safety and environmental protection department strengthened the awareness of work safety norms through typical case analysis.
After systematic training, all participating employees successfully passed the written test, and the training effect was evaluated as good. The company will continue to track the new employees' adaptation to their positions, collect feedback on the training, continuously optimize the content and form of subsequent training, and further improve the effectiveness of the training.
