In the wave of digital transformation, long-distance shares actively responded to the national innovation driven development strategy and launched an employee skills informatization competition with the theme of "innovation leading, smart future" in July, with nearly 200 employees from the core positions of the production line actively participating. With their love for technology and pursuit of innovation, they gathered together to explore new applications and breakthroughs of information technology in production practice.

Activity overview

The competition focuses on improving the application level of information system for workshop production management personnel. It aims to stimulate employees' enthusiasm for learning information technology skills and promote the comprehensive improvement of professional quality and innovation ability through competition.

The competition adopts a single individual competition system, which requires contestants to complete a series of information system operation tasks within a limited time, including the efficient release of production plans, the accurate monitoring of production processes and the rapid handling of quality problems, which comprehensively tests the contestants' actual operation ability and emergency handling ability. In order to ensure the fairness and professionalism of the competition, the contestants of the same type of work will operate in batches, and the professional judges will score on site to ensure that each link is rigorous and orderly.

In this challenging competition, the contestants have demonstrated their outstanding ability in the application of information technology and extraordinary innovative thinking. Through fierce competition, a total of 30 contestants from each branch stood out, of which 5 won the first prize, 10 won the second prize, and 15 won the third prize.
