On August 10, Telekom held a special training on "five abilities improvement training for MTP management cadres", which was attended by more than 100 people from the company's management, middle-level, supervisors and team leaders. The training aims to inculcate modern enterprise management concepts, stimulate managers' innovative thinking, improve working methods, comprehensively improve the management ability of middle-level and grass-roots managers, and promote changes and progress within the organization.
The training specially invited MTP management skills improvement experts as keynote speakers, covering five core modules: role positioning and breakthrough, team development and growth, how to promote the execution of work, team cultivation and improvement and how to retain talents, as well as communication and cooperation and problem solving.
