The meeting first had the safety supervisor Tang Weiqi summarize the first quarter's safety production work. Then, all participants were organized to watch the warning education video "Safety Production, Responsibility on the Shoulder" and learn about the contents of the "Notice of Xizhenggui [2024] No. 4 Municipal Government on Issuing the Safety Management Regulations for Hot Work in Wuxi City" and the "Notice of Wuxi Fire Safety Committee [2024] No. 1 on Issuing the Special Action Plan for Fire Safety Rectification of Electric Bicycles Parking and Charging on Overhead Floors of Residential Buildings, Centralized Demolition of Lighting Wells, and Smooth Evacuation Channels in Wuxi City".

Finally, Chairman Tang Xingliang emphasized that safety is the premise of our production and the foundation of all our work. We must always regard safety as the basic guarantee and important symbol for promoting the high-quality development of the company in all aspects, deepen the awareness of red lines, strengthen bottom line thinking, promote the continuous stability of the company's safety production situation, and put forward several requirements on how to strengthen and enhance the company's safety production work:
（1） Grasp the main responsibility and promote the implementation of responsibilities
On the one hand, we must have a sense of responsibility to "always be at ease", coordinate development and safety work, firmly establish the concept of safe development, always maintain a high level of vigilance like walking on thin ice, and build a solid defense line for safety production responsibility. On the other hand, it is necessary to organically combine the requirements of the relevant safety special rectification actions of the Municipal Safety Commission Office and the Guolian Group, clarify the safety production responsibilities of each level and position, form a safety production responsibility system that covers all employees, the whole process, and all aspects, and effectively achieve "joint responsibility of the Party and the government, dual responsibility of one position, joint management, and accountability for dereliction of duty", to safeguard the high-quality development of the company.
（2） Enhance risk awareness and prevent potential risks and hazards
We need to strengthen the awareness of "treating hidden dangers as accidents and failing to discover hidden dangers is the biggest hidden danger", adhere to bottom line thinking and problem orientation, and comprehensively consolidate the responsibilities of all departments and factories. For the company's factory area and staff dormitories, we should deeply learn from the lessons of the high-rise fire in Nanjing, strictly regulate the fire safety management of electric bicycle parking and charging; It is strictly prohibited to occupy fire exits, block evacuation routes and safety exits. By continuously identifying and rectifying hidden dangers, we strive to fundamentally eliminate accident hazards and resolutely curb the occurrence of accidents.

Firstly, we need to expand the scope of education through multiple channels and methods, and innovate forms of education; The second is to focus on theoretical learning and practical operation, combined with typical cases of safety accidents, using pictures to explain and analyze accidents, highlighting key tasks such as enhancing safety awareness, preventing and resolving risks and hidden dangers, and improving emergency response capabilities.
