Yuancheng corporate culture training conducted by the company

On the morning of October 28th, Yuancheng Holdings invited renowned strategic consulting expert, corporate culture construction expert, Doctor of Law from Peking University School of International Relations, and Chairman of Beijing Guofu Innovation Management Consulting Company, Zhou Yongliang, to give a corporate culture training course with the theme of "New Era Culture Leading Innovative Development". A total of 60 members of the company's leadership team, various departments, and line management personnel participated in the training.

Dr. Zhou mainly focuses on what corporate culture is, what to do, and how to do it, and combines a large number of successful cases of excellent domestic and foreign enterprises as well as famous entrepreneurs in the East and West to vividly expound the core essence and significant impact of establishing excellent corporate culture in the new era.

At the end of the course, General Manager Sun Zhenhua gave a concluding speech for the training:

To build a first-class enterprise, a first-class corporate culture is needed as support, "said Sun Zhenhua. In the next stage, the company should focus on three aspects:

The second is to carry out a series of training activities to enable new and old employees of the company to have a deeper understanding of remote communication, integrate into remote communication more quickly, boost morale, gather positive energy, and quickly form combat effectiveness, ensuring the effective implementation of corporate culture.

Thirdly, the management of the company should take the initiative to take on the responsibility of shaping the corporate culture brand, effectively integrating corporate culture elements into internal and external publicity and work processes, telling good remote stories, spreading remote culture, and promoting remote brands.
