On the morning of April 8th, Yuancheng Holdings held a groundbreaking ceremony for the intelligent manufacturing project of fire-resistant cables and special cables below 6kV. Chen Weineng, Deputy Mayor of Yixing Municipal People's Government and Secretary of the Party Committee of Guanlin Town, and Tang Xingliang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Jiangsu Asset Management, attended and delivered speeches. Sun Zhenhua, General Manager of Yuancheng Holdings, introduced the project overview. Leaders related to Jiangsu Asset Management, representatives of the founding shareholders of Yuancheng Holdings, senior management personnel of the company, representatives of the general contractor and supervisor of the factory project construction attended the ceremony.

Tang Xingliang stated that investing in the construction of intelligent workshops for fire-resistant cables and special cables is aimed at improving the breadth and depth of remote products, achieving diversified and differentiated development; On the other hand, it is the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries, constantly moving towards "high-end, intelligent, and digital", laying a solid foundation for achieving high-quality development. As one of the top 100 most competitive enterprises in the national wire and cable industry, Yuancheng Holdings has made significant improvements in internal management, team building, and technology research and development in recent years. The investment in this project also fully reflects the confidence and responsibility of state-owned enterprises in the development of remote shares.

Chen Weineng pointed out in his speech that 2023 is the starting year for studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The Party Committee and Government of Guanlin Town are committed to the goal of becoming the "top town for high-quality development in the city", fully, accurately, and comprehensively implementing the new development concept, accelerating the construction of a new development pattern, and focusing on promoting high-quality economic and social development of the entire town. As an important support for the city's industrial economy, Guanlin Ju is committed to intelligent driving and digital empowerment, continuously developing and strengthening the real economy, and expanding landmark industries. Yuancheng cables are a major force in the cable industry in Guanlin Town, with a glorious historical performance and outstanding contributions to local taxation, employment, and other aspects. After the acquisition of state-owned assets, Yuancheng Shares has opened up a new era and achieved better results in various aspects such as standardized governance, market expansion, and talent cultivation. Now investing again in the new fireproof cable and special cable intelligent workshop project has demonstrated new achievements, taken new steps, and demonstrated new responsibilities in the transformation and upgrading of the cable industry and the "smart transformation and digital transformation". At the end of his speech, Mayor Chen sent hope and blessings to the company. He said that he hopes that Yuancheng Holdings can be based on reality, plan for the long term, take practical measures to expand scale, put effort into improving quality, make efforts in technological innovation, achieve dual improvement in scale and quality, and truly become the "four beams and eight pillars" supporting the development of the Guanlin economy. He also wishes Yuancheng Holdings' fire cable projects below 6kV to be put into operation and achieve results as soon as possible.

Subsequently, amidst the thunderous sound of cannons, the leaders attending the ceremony waved their shovels and shoveled the soil together, laying the foundation for the project.

The newly built factory area of this project is approximately 23000 square meters, equipped with intelligent manufacturing production lines for fire-resistant cables below 6kV and special cables. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will help listed companies improve quality and efficiency, reduce costs, and promote product technology upgrading and transformation.

Under the strong leadership of Guolian Group and Jiangsu Assets, and with the strong support of the Guanlin government, we are confident in turning this intelligent manufacturing project into a digital and information-based model workshop.
