On February 10th, the 2022 Spring Festival Marketing Symposium of Yuancheng Cable Co., Ltd. was successfully held, with the participation of senior management and all marketing personnel.

At the meeting, General Manager Sun Zhenhua first expressed sincere gratitude to the distributors and business managers who are fighting on the front line of marketing for their efforts and contributions to the development and growth of the company. He also awarded rewards to outstanding business managers who won the sales ranking award in 2021, encouraging them to be advanced and inspiring their fighting spirit and confidence to create new glory.

Chairman Tang Xingliang made marketing work arrangements for all marketing personnel in 2022. He emphasized that the entire company should have firm confidence and resonate with the same frequency, and strive to contribute to the comprehensive realization of the 2022 business plan. At the same time, the chairman has put forward the following four requirements and hopes for the company's marketing management team and business managers, namely three "doing well" and one "paying attention".
One is to summarize and improve the marketing work for the year 2021. All marketing personnel should review last year's work, summarize and analyze it, and improve and refine it with direction, purpose, and means based on the shortcomings and pain points, continuously strengthening their understanding of market competition and sense of competition crisis.

The second is to establish a product price management system. The marketing department should work together with the finance department to effectively establish the company's own price management system, integrate price management into production, research and development, and sales, and promote the steady improvement of the company's market competitiveness and internal control management capabilities.

The third is to do a good job in building the marketing system and cultivating the marketing team. We need to benchmark against the advanced and accelerate the establishment of a comprehensive marketing system that integrates information, maintenance, risk control, and security. We should advocate a good corporate marketing culture of courage and hard work, and create a dynamic and fighting marketing team.

The fourth is to focus on improving professional ethics and standardizing business processes. All marketing personnel must abide by professional ethics, enhance their professional qualities, consciously assume responsibilities and obligations, adhere to the bottom line, constantly learn, and resolutely safeguard the interests of the company. Implement various business processes in accordance with the company's rules and regulations, and provide relevant training, guidance, and explanations.

Finally, Tang Xingliang stated that in the future, remote communication will become even stronger, and our lives will be even better. In 2022, there is still a long way to go, and we must work together and move forward hand in hand. With an unwavering spirit, we will embark on a new journey and create new development with an unyielding fighting attitude!
