03 supplier requirements

1. Have the legal personality or the ability to independently bear civil liability;

2. Have the ability to perform the contract and a good record of performing the contract;

3. Have a good financial situation;

4. It has a certain production scale, corresponding technical force, advanced and complete testing equipment, reliable product quality, stable and excellent performance, good performance in the same industry, and good after-sales service and quality tracking service system;

5. The product has a third-party national quality inspection report or quality system certification certificate (except for class C suppliers or special material suppliers);

6. The agent of imported products has the power of attorney of the corresponding foreign company, and the agent of domestic products has the power of attorney of the corresponding production unit;

7. Provide copies of cooperation contracts and invoices with other well-known enterprises with the same specifications.
